Liscense suspension clearance?
I was pulled over tonight and apparently my liscense has been suspended since December 2003. In 2003 i recieved 3 tickets, and they sent me a letter in the mail saying it would be suspended for 1 month. I knew it was coming, so i didn't drive, but was supposed to pay to get my license re-instated? my question, is has this happened to anyone else before? because i've been reading on the hillsclerks.com for the last hour i dont know if i have to pay 50 dollars to have my license "re-instated" or 6 dollars to have it "cleared". any help would be great. thanks

You have to pay off all tickets or whatever, go to the dmv and get a d-6 clearance form, then take that to the driver's license office and wait in a long ass line to get a new picture. I know prices went up sometime last year or something, so yah, expect to pay 25 - 60 for everything.

yea, you gotta go to dmv pay the tickets get a d-6 clearance then go to tax collector pay like 25 bucks get it reinstated and your done. happened to me before.

na you dont. they give it to you once you pay your tickets. you just gotta ask for it. i just reinstated my shit like 3 weeks ago

How the hell did you manage to drive that long without getting caught?
Did you have any cars insured?Cause my liscense was suspended one time,and when I went to get insurance,they told me about it.
