My car won't start and is making a clicking noise - need help
Hey I need help just recently my talon doesn't start - before it had problems starting but now it just won't start - I'm in neutral I press down the clutch and then turn the key - when I do so it only makes a clicking sound nothing else. let me know what it could be thanks

It could be your battery. It could be your alternator. It could be your starter. It could be you're out of gas. It could be a grounded wire. It could be a spark plug. It could be a spark plug wire. It could be the distributor. It could be the timing belt. It could be...ANYTHING!
Or just check the first 2, and go from there. My guess is the battery.

I didn't try 2 jump start it yet - but the radio and everything else works fine - the guy I bought it from said the starter, head gasket and valve cover gasket will need 2 be replaced - so I guess I'll see - it wouldn't be the battery or alternator if the radio and stuff was running or could it ? The guy started it with no problems - I don't know - let me know what you guys think - need a place that could do that stuff for dirt cheap - or someone let me knowt hansk
