Oil filter clogged? (but this doesn't make sense because it would go into the bypass)

What do you mean by not getting up to the heads? Why do you say that? You have the valve covers off looking at it, or is eveything just noisy as hell?
You should have at the very least a stock oil pressure gauge in you stock instrument cluster. What is it reading?
