Default headers?'s

does anyone know if the bolt pattern is the same on the headers from an 01 mustang and the 2.3? they look the same but i cant really tell from a picture.

I would say no but then again I have never tried. Where exatly are you located at. I have numerous stock manifolds at the shop. You're more than welcome to stop by and look at them.

01 didn't have a 4 cyl stang did it?

so it definitely shouldn't work, don't know about bolt patterns if you're planning to modify one.

If you're looking for a decent stock type replacement, look for a tubular header off a Ranger. I took the stock tubular header and the EGR pipe off a '93 Ranger and it fit right up all the way around including exhaust.

i live out in apollo a little bit south of brandon. reason why i was asking is cuz i was looking at diffrent headers seeing what the turbo headers go for on my car. there pretty pricy so i figured ill make my own. i found the flange's for almost any set up. but what would be real nice is if civic headers matched up. you can get them for like 20 bucks on ebay. a little cutting a little welding and you have your self a cheap shiny turbo header. i dont know maybe i just lost my mind.
