As for the POW question....Well...Our military has ALWAYS been proud of the fact that we leave no one behind. Dead or alive. We bring them all home. McCaine KNOWS this from EXPERIENCE. Obama doesn't. In fact, I really am not sure that Obomer is in touch with our military and their needs at all. Yes, he just now went to Iraq to do a guided tour. Of course, he didn't get to see the really fun places where there's actually shooting going on. So he gets to see the nice things. Bullshit IMO. He is not in touch with our military's needs. I think that he will reduce our military size and make the country weaker in a time when we need a larger military.

They both have their pro's and con's. There are many republicans that do not necessarily agree with McCain's ways in the past. Age brings wisdom and experience....McCain has much more than Obama. And I think that his military experience does matter. He knows how ruthless enemy combatants can be...first hand. He was an officer...not an enlisted man...so he had/has access to more sensative information.

I just pray that whom ever is elected makes a dramatic change for us all. I think McCain being elected will strike a major blow to all American Haters arouond the globe. They have been fighting our troops for along time now...their groups have been killed, beat down and worn thin....it may just break their backs even more to think they have atleast another 4 years to fight us.

I give McCain the slight edge over Obama. Obama just doesn't earn the respect of hard working middle class realists...white, black, latino or yellow....God Bless us!!

1. Go read the new immigration bill that the Democratic congress has passed, After that raping of America, you will clearly understand why we don't need a Democratic president.
2. As far as the "old ideas" that got us into this mess, I might point out that Ron Reagan (the guy that ended the cold war along with W's old man) signed into law the economic recovery act that set American on an economic upswing that we enjoyed up until just recently.
3. Obomber (if he becomes prez) will be forced to reneg on his promises and keep an American presence in the mid east, or totally wussy out and withdraw troops which will make the area even more unstable, and could draw the US and others into a greater (nuclear?) armed exchange. He's already screwed either way, and he doesn't even know it.
4. He opposes law abiding citizens owning firearms (and is not in favor of concealed weapons permits). But so was Adolph Hitler, Joseph Stalin, so at least he has something in common with experienced politicians.
