Black powdercoated Weld Draglights

I'm considering having this done to my wheels. I could get them done for $30 a wheel.

The question is:

Do I leave the center caps shiny (non-powdercoated) or get them done too?

Two quick photoshops..

First: non-powdercoated center caps.

Second...the whole deal powdercoated:

If you saw how many trees are in my yard you would know that there is already some white birdshit on the hood.... and the roof...and the trunk...

I hate birds.

You might want to reconsider powder coating wheels after you read this, just a FYI:

1) I don't like the all black wheels OR the silver center caps.
2) I wouldn't powdercoat, but rather paint, the wheels IF I were to do something like this.

I like the all black primer / Mad Max look on almost anything except a yugo.

After seeing the pics this morning I've decided to not do it... But the flat black stays.

If I ever do paint it, it will be flat black again..just not Krylon spray can...

I def agree w/the Flat Black staying. I think that you can buy an actual Flat Black paint and then you have to actually use a semi-gloss clear coat or something. I remember them doing a write-up about it in a Hot Rod magazine that I used to get...

Look at Markiewitz's car. Not sure how it was done, but it's NICE. Actually, I'm going to be seeing them this weekend if you want to know what paint and clear it is.

Yeah, thanks Amanda.. I'm actually very familiar with Bryan's car... he keeps it at the baller shop. I don't go up there much anymore since my Dad sold his Super Gas car but I've seen that car about 40 times..along with his yellow Mustang which is getting big Pro-Line power with twins....

I definitely like how his was done and the little airbrush details really make it awesome.

I like the paint...but those back tires are obviously too big. Their lifting the front ones off the ground! LMAO!
