going over the last thread i had an epifanny

alot of us here all run similar times (7.40s-7.80s)and are local to sunshine.

why dont we have a 'quick 8' or something like that.

have two qualifing passes, set up a ladder and race. maybe chip in $20 bucks each and either split it 70/30 between first and second or winner takes all.

I need video proof though....I'm supporting 91 Notch. I think he has the know how, but maybe not the $$$ or the time to put into the ride. It's only $20 to me....So I don't care....Wh was it that took me up on it? I'll have to review the thread.

cars that need to use nitrous to run in the 7.40s-8.0s can, those that can do it on the motor will not use nitrous.

if something sounds better im all for it, i just want to have fun and a small pot should make it interesting.

hmmm im not so sure my lil ol 306 is gonna keep up with the big dawgs. Ill have to bow out until i get my intake spacer and tune on the car. i feel im pushing my luck spraying the car until i get a tune. next week id be in fo sho.

Not a horrible idea. I may be out, my clutch cable has stretched and I can't get the car in gear.

I'll order a new adjustable one from 5.0 Resto but it won't be here by Wednesday.

I'm definitely down when the car is driveable again.

The heads up thing might be a bit bad for my slowness though.
