Bro, no one wants to buy your piece of shit Oldsmobile.

This isn't a free plug for you to try and sell your shit either, put it in the F/S forum, and be done.

looking between $500 and $600 depending on what's going on that month...
working on picking up a commuter and parking the f250 except for when it's truly needed.
ran a report from last year and we were @ $320 a month in April of 07, April of 08 = $490...

I feel the same way. I got an email from a friend saying we should all not buy gas on the same day,.. that would teach the gas companies. I laughed. So then what? We just buy that much more then next day. They wont notice. The only thing that would hurt the gas companies is if we all buy electric or alternative fueled vehicles.

I myself am leaning toward buying a 99 - 03 Ford 7.3 diesel truck and setting up a veggie system as a DD vehicle. I get a tow vehicle and get to keep my Mustangs. Thats the only thing I can think of. Its that or buy a scooter. LoL

bought a new diesel about a month back.

Power Stroke diesel = alternative fuel = LOVING IT!

Have three friends that run it ....fuck the fossil fuels as DD's.

How much does a Veggie Conversion cost, and where would one find fuel for such a thing? I know I heard that some restaurants used to GIVE it away; now are charging

I did see an ole beater Diesel on C/L a while back for like $7k because it was a Veggie Burner.

I just don't know how else to get ahead, or even break even at this point - with having at or over $1k/month in gas/tolls for Amanda & I. With that rate of expense, we'll never be able to move closer to work for either of us, because we won't be able to put enough money away to stay ahead of the curve
