i have to train 8 people in india, 1 person in the philippines, and 1 person in australia (and maybe 1 person in singapore) on how to be a web developer in just under an hour. it starts in like 10 minutes. some of them know what code looks like... some of them don't. lol

this is gonna be good.

i feel for you, we have 2k people in india that we have to support.. monday morning conf calls aren't exactly smooth...

it went ok i guess. i think i will be doing a lot of hand holding in the coming weeks. i didn't get near as many questions as i had hoped to get.

an hour just wasn't long enough with how much ground i had to cover. but many of them are 12 hours ahead of us so either i have to come in ridiculously early or they have to stay stupidly late.

but i'd rather be doing this than looking for a job so i guess i can't say much bad about it.
