Gotta question?
Theres a guy that wants to trade me a mostly stock 86 svo for my mostly stock 87 gt..... do you think that i should trade for it? looking at parts and they are pretty hard to come by and not sure what i should do. let me get some opinions.

yep im with the above - you see fox GT's all over but really not very many SVO's. if you're going to drive/mod/fix up one or the other the SVO definitely will yield you some more resale value dollar for dollar a few years down the road as well...

i am on the fence. i like SVOs but i think I would get bored with it. it would be a blast to take to a small road course or one of those parking lot deals.
Resale should be better and fuel mileage may be important to some. |

Damn nice to get some love for the 4 cylinder turbo stangs!
If the svo is clean and complete it should be worth a decent amount more then the gt. Also with fuel costs at 3.50/gallon the gas milage when not wot is damn good. |

its pretty clean but needs some tlc, like the leather seats are pretty bad and the hood latch cable is busted, minor paint problems, and windshield has a big ol crack.im still thinkin bout it and not sure if that guy still wants it cause he hasnt called back.
