True Story, not a joke…

A Georgia man was happy after he bought and registered his new car. Shortly thereafter he noticed people in parking lots were flashing him dirty looks and walking to avoid him, people in traffic were yell obscenities and making rude gestures at him. He wondered what the hell was going on.
He brought his car in for service and was discussing the situation with his mechanic. His Mechanic said, “well, I have an idea” and pointed to his new license plate. The man didn’t understand what his mechanic was trying to say, so the mechanic spelled it out for him.

HA8-JWZ

The state of Georgia has banned any license plate that begins with HA8 or H8.
