Scott

I just wanted to be cool like the others and post a thread with somebody's name in it.

P.S. Man up and put a real suspension setup in your car. That thing launches more crooked than my cawk.

My car launches and drives straight as a arrow even with shot tie rod ends.

When you have a 1.3x timeslip in hand you can tell me about "real" suspensions. Personally I like the fact I have very little in the suspension and 60ft. as well as some fully built race cars or people that have a ton of suspension cash in a "street car".

Yeah the threads that have names in them and should be PM's are kind of silly.

Well then something has changed since that crooked ass wheelstand in your sig.

No, when you come take a look at the suspension on my high 9 second car (the suspension is in there...but unfortunatly the motor is still on a stand. yeah, yeah, I know.) and say, "Damn, I gotta get some of that" then I'll tell you about real suspension.

One tire off the ground a little ways = hooking plus no broken parts.

Two tires off the ground = hooking plus better chance of smacking something on the landing.

I will take one tire, thank you.

If I had a dollar for every person that said they had some sub 10 second car on the way I could buy you one.

As for the trick suspension parts, I have some sitting in a box from Wolfe collecting dust in the garage. When the current dial in stops holding that stuff goes on.

Aww, is the turbo mullet scared of a little wheelstand? The thing I'm most worried about on mine is the damn caster camber plates...I know I shoulda drilled another hole and gotten the 4-bolt ones instead of the 3-bolt. But yeah, I'll risk coming down hard (which shouldn't be too much of a problem - I'm a turbo mullet too) over leaving crooked and getting all squirly.

You've seen the pics of the roller and the motor and the shelf of supplises. Everyone has. I posted them. I think its safe to say that "on the way" will become "ready" sooner or later. By the way, approx. 12k for EVERYTHING from beginning to end on the car.

Just remember, anti-roll bars are your friends.
