As far as the bumper support as long as its not like a pole or something right where theres a lack of support it shouldn't effect it too much...I had to do the same for my 240 and no problems yet, of course theres also no accidents yet....

tony, hopefully a new addition to the dc family in the future (crossing fingers), made the manifold. hes a k-series crazy man.

i wouldn't be suprised if those injectors see 80~90% duty.
