wetsand?

so i need my car wetsanded and buffed and ive had all kinds of crazy prices and some people just dont want to do it so i figured let me try you guys
its a BLACK yes i said black lol 94 honda civic its been painted just needs a wet sand and buff ive had a quote for 100 bucks from someone i know yes thats extremly cheap but he keeps putting it off and gives me excuses and ive had another quote for 200 and i just want a price from you guys my dad said to go to you guys because he knows IAN personally from doing his interiors so just let me know
