If there is a problem with customer service, this would not be the correct way to handle and or expect anything to be corrected. Unlike other shops, we have quite a few people working for us. As an owner, I am not able to better the services we offer without an accurate complaint. If you have had problems dealing with anyone here at Driven Concepts and know the name of person you dealt with, please let me know.
We also have had instances where customers had made complaints that they are unable to get a hold me personally. If that's the case, the only thing I can advise is that my employees are more then capable to offer the same level of service as me. There really shouldn't be a reason for anyone to have to speak to me and only me. In short, if there's a problem, customers such as yourself cannot expect anything to be corrected if we do not know anything about it. Instead of saying that we have poor customer service, I think it's quite a bit more productive to also tell us why our customer service's poor. |

I am in the Military and visited DC once to get an estimate on upgrades for my car. The impression I got from Ian was good. He sounds honest and forward. I will take my car there as soon as I take care of other things I have going on.
