The only problem your going to have with that fibreglass front is... when your doing 180mph (I mean 70) across the Howard F. it wont be pretty under the front wheels. I've seen it!!

brakes are fixed, car runs great and holy shit, you better hold on!

i finished them up tonight and took it for a spin to make sure all is well. it still needs to go back for some tuning due to the new dizzy, but even short shifting is fun.

before with the old tires, it would burn out pretty easy, even doing 80mph. the new drag radials made all the difference. it will hook pretty good in 3rd with a small amount of spin at the top, but 4th plants pretty good. i didn't really take it up very high.

it needs an aligment like non other. its a pretty scary ride right now. definatly have to two hand it.

we've got a couple small things to do, but hopefully we might make it on the dyno tomarrow.

power band is like getting hit by a bus..... in a good way.

the owner of this car owes it to the honda world to put the bumpers back to stock and paint it the oem color.

aftermarket body parts absolutely kill the beautiful lines created by honda.

dude the owner of this honda will probably get the car back and wreck it in a week. But i supposed if he doesnt it will be going back to stock not so much for looks sake but because said owner doesnt want shit flying off on the track.

I like how it looks and so does my lovely bride but I think it will make the car more dangerous and less rilable in the long run. If you would get the honda world to donate the cash it would be done now. I have all the oem parts, 2001 bumper, type r skirts, oem rear. Just pay for the paint.

Dude, I dont care what it looks like. I remeber this car when it was sitting at CFM on causeway for a few months. Seems they didnt do much help for you, just like they screwed me over. But its so nice to finally see this car complete.

The only reason you guys are knocking his car is because you can't touch it. This guy's probably sunk more money into this drivetrain than you have in every car you've ever owned. Stop trying to hate on whatever you can find and appreciate how badass this thing is. Up until this car, I didn't even LIKE Hondas.

I'm sure whatever vision this guy has for his car.....he's not there yet.

+1 i have said it before and ill say it again, this car has come along way, and im glad to see it running right finally! i can only imagine the money and headache that has been sunk into this car untill now(well atleast as far as the headache goes)

i will not knock the guys at CFM, well let me rephrase that...i will not knock the OWNER of CFM, as he is a good friend of mine and the "employees" he had were a bunch of hacks. who ended up screwing him over in the end when it was all said and done..... but thats besides the point and off topic. bump for a badass car!

OMG. The car is insane. it pulls like nothing i have felt before. But it seems to get squirly as far as traction goes at 80+. It is an intense ride for sure. Great job guys. thanks so much. Holy shiot.

this thread isn't for bashing other shops or even what was screwed up on the car prior, so if you guys want to talk about it, do it somewhere else. i could care less about reading sob stories.

glad you finally opened it up ryan. funny thing is that the car has another 300whp in it just with running a little c16.
