Mounting/Balancing Tires

So I'm gonna need four tires mounted soon on some new wheels... was wondering how much. The wheels are 15x7 and the tires are 195-50-15. I was wondering what a ball-park price would be on mounting the tires to the rim and balancing them?

And how about stretching a 195-45-15 on a 15x8

I trust you guys cause your used to mounting on aftermarket wheels, all the bobo ass shops by me would probably fuck the whole rim up and try and mount weights to the lip.
