so heres a bunch of picuters of the skyline exhaust. i wasn't the only welder/fabricator on this job. it was a joint effort on behalf of ian (designer), danny (welder/fabricator), jay (welder/fabricator) and me. turned out purty nice. some of these might be double posts, however i'm trying to keep welding stuff in this thread for customers.

k24a2 turdbo project begins!

i buy the collector pieces pre-cut on a mill. i'll clean them up, make sure they're straight and then weld them together. i can make collectors in house, it just take a lot of time to do it, so buying the pieces save you (customer) money. takes about 2 hours to fit, weld and finish these bad boys.

this is a 4 to 1 t4 collector.

we've done a ton of work since the last set of pictures i put up, so i'll try to get them up in the next couple days.

enjoy!

that specific collector would be about $250.

thats schedual 10 (0.090 wall) 304L stainless steel with a 1/2" mild steel flange. the flange is surfaced after welding.

we can do a schedual 40 (0.200 wall) in 304L or 316L would cost extra as well as a stainless flange.

we can also do 3 to 1 and 6 to 1.

love the jdm signal!

some pics of the vr6 intake manifold. this should be done this week.

this is a 1000hp air/water core for one of my friends. pretty cool how much power it can cool for being so small. turns out he might not need it so i'm thinking i may use it on my sc300 when i eventually get around to turboing it. core dimensions = 11.9X4.8X4.8. garrett part number = 734408-6005
