there are a number of things that i can improve, however prices will increase drastically. i'm pretty sure people don't want to pay $800 for a down pipe or $3000 for a manifold. we have two machines at the shop. we have a 200 amp miller (not sure which model) and i brought my lincolin invertec 205. you have some tips on how to improve? You are right about that. Not everyone can afford a 3k manifold. But youre not gonna spend weeks making a manifold for a few dollars, so charge what you got to charge.
I know aligning the pipping isn't easy. http://www.alphatuning.com/images/we...n/ac4one32.jpg Need more filling. http://www.alphatuning.com/images/we...n/ac4one27.jpg Fabricating manifolds aren't easy at all. |

I think the difference between your shop and ours is the fact that you depend on the welder for a good % of your business. The Synchrowave is plenty what we need, but if I had the choice, the Miller Dynasty would be the one. We've actually been considering selling the Synchrowave for the Dynasty.
