Very nice work! I have a 2000 Saturn SL1. What would you charge for a set of headers. It's a single cam so I just want something nice that I can add to a custom exhaust set up.

Stainless steel welds are "okay". Hope you guys improve it.

lol, usually people like my stainless better then my aluminum. what improvements do you want to see? better coloring? back purging?

there are a number of things that i can improve, however prices will increase drastically. i'm pretty sure people don't want to pay $800 for a down pipe or $3000 for a manifold.

we have two machines at the shop. we have a 200 amp miller (not sure which model) and i brought my lincolin invertec 205.

you have some tips on how to improve?

You are right about that. Not everyone can afford a 3k manifold. But youre not gonna spend weeks making a manifold for a few dollars, so charge what you got to charge.
I know aligning the pipping isn't easy.

Need more filling.

Fabricating manifolds aren't easy at all.

Sean K from Cen. Fl Automotive stopped by my shop one time and we let him try out our TIG machine. "Man, this machine is sooo much better than what i have"

No advantage over an equal length, maybe for the exception of fitment in tighter cars.

I think the difference between your shop and ours is the fact that you depend on the welder for a good % of your business. The Synchrowave is plenty what we need, but if I had the choice, the Miller Dynasty would be the one. We've actually been considering selling the Synchrowave for the Dynasty.
