2JZ powered 240
As some of you guys already know Im putting a 2JZ in my 240. out with the SR and in with a 2JZ. it has been about 1 1/2 months gathering all the parts that I have needed. The thing about this swap is that its a
2JZ NA-T. here are some progress of the motor and some pics of my engine bay finally painted instead of flat black. since motor was coming out might as well paint it up!!!!! We are expecting the finally pieces within the next two weeks to get this thing fired up. My goal is in the range of 400 to 450 after all is said and done. will probably have to upgrade the fuel system to achieve this but for now want to get it up and running then start modding that. take a look at the pics and let me know what you think. Just me Chris quick pic of car again ![]() old engine bay ![]() new engine bay ![]() ![]() Motor: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Turbo:waiting for tangential housing...to fit up...

should look good. i dont know alot about 2j interchangability, but i know the stock supra TTs do 400-450 on their stock injectors. i bet u can find some stock TT injectors lying around. if it fits, i would throw on a stock TT intake manifold and injectors/rail. NA-T piping FTL! lol.
the engine bay looks great too, i assume you had already put stuff back together for those pics. |

yeah I put everything back together for the pics on engine bay. the heads are totally different from NA and TT. the intake and exhuast manifolds dont interchange...it sucks but they make a lot of stuff for NA-T
just a little pricey!!!!! Just me Chris |

The NA intake manifold is not a restriction in any way, especially for his power goals. Boost logic and PM Performance proved this by dynoing over 700rwhp on stock intake manifold setup + ignition (stock plug wires too!). So in conclusion, although it may be an eye sore to some, it's in no way harming the engine's power capabilities. |
