he is expensive as hell, he wanted $70 to tow my car 18 miles, F that. then he charged me like $25 to tow a car from my house to DC, which is about 1/10th of a mile.
AAA will tow lowered cars, just get some 2x4s, or most tow trucks have some on the car, just tell them you need a flatbed. Last edited by marksaccord95 : 02-28-2007 at 03:26 PM. |

I been a AAA member for years and never had a problem with my lower ride. Three weeks ago then tow me. Then my car broke again and I needed it towed back and this time they refused to come and pick up my car. I guess you have to be cautious on what you tell them. I always request a flatbed. It seem like it a better idea for me to release the air out of my rear tires and say "I need a flatbed since the car is not driveable due to damage to the wheels (and it not towable using a regular tow truck).
