Fan replacement?

Need to get the clutch fan replaced on my S13.. The housing got unscrewed from the intake, slammed back into the fan, and jammed the fan so it now spins with the RPMs of the motor..

Makes me sound like a fuckin' semi truck..

Soo.. how much to fix this shit? Seems to be a 5 minute job.. Just can't be arsed to do it myself.
