1- Post your FS/WTT/WTB theads here and not in the TECH section

2- Picture requests/threads are to be posted here

3- Drift EVENT Announcements - They may be posted here

4- BBQ's/Parties/TR members specific events are to be listed here

5- I guess I don't have to keep Itemizing, you pretty much get the idea - all NON tech stuff here - Tech stuff over there.

So, for the sake of properly organizing the site a little better, please do the following:

DO NOT post your car for sale in this forum. Please post it in it's perspective location properly provided in the site. For the simpletons, if you have a toyota corolla AE86 for sale, post it in the TOYOTA for sale forum, ect......

AND then, like most of you do already, post a LINK to that thread in your SIGNATURE.

What I will allow is the "Garage Sale" threads that have multiple items that are for "drifting". But, do not post a bunch of individual parts on separate threads. Just go to the TOYOTA FOR SALE, NISSAN FOR SALE, ect.. and post that individual part for sale there.

This is not a COMMANDMENT for all or ANOTHER RULE. This is just merely another way to avoid having multiple for sale threads for the same car / item.

Thanks for your cooperation

For Sale threaads are the consistancy of this forum. Like we get enough traffic that it would matter.

Ok, I can see why this seems confusing.

Let me clarify -

It is OK to post DRIFTING SPECIFIC parts and setups or things that are USUAL Drifting items. There are 2 other places to sell your cars so there is no need for a 3rd.

about the traffic in here: We'd rather see quality than quantity - it's NOT a bad thing to see less troll traffic that post useless information and it's not a bad thing to minimize multiple threads spread out throughout this site about the same thing.

Forum Guidelines have been updated to clarify this...

Please don't view this as a MANDATORY DEMAND from anyone. This is merely another step towards maintaining this forum in a neat and clean way.. that is all

PLUS, I have made a suggestion where anyone interested in selling their car can put the information in your signature including a link and therefore you can post anything anywhere and you are therefore advertising without limit...

I WANT it to be fun.. I just don't think that the following is fun or necessary:

Shop battles / bashing
Member battles / bashing
topics WAAAAAAAY off based
amongst other things...

All I have done was do what people were complaining about anyways. Now that it's a bit better in here and less dramatic, now more complains.. I remember when tons of users started to rebel from this forum once another forum came to be. NOW, I hear people telling me that there are the same guidelines if not more in that site and that people are getting banned all the time. Whatever the case may be, the bottom line is you cannot make everyone happy. I hope the best to that site and only wish people would bicker less on here. All I want to do is help maintain this forum properly. I want everyone to feel free to express their concerns and tell me where I can help in this matter..

Why was my FS thread moved when it contained low offset wheels and a strut bar then? Are those not "usual" drifting items?
