I think the only thing they were advertising was the lips, not the actual rims. I'm sure they will make the actuall shell part available for sale so you can put it on your rims you already have.

Just don't post this where any ricer will see it, they will start to think they can ride with no tires now. Or this will be the topic of the next hit rap song.
