Im faced w/ teh same old prob that every 240 owner has. Getting clipped at 116 mph. Whats teh best or easiest way to stop that 5k rev limit. I have done teh un plugging of the 2nd and 3rd sensor on teh tranny and a toggle swith on teh speed sensor its self. How ever when i do this it doesnt show speed. Nore does it roll the miles over on teh odometer...

Yeha i have read about that but a bill could definatly be spent some where else... I might just have to wait and biuld the motor up. kinda leanig towards mega squirt when the time comes.
on a side note its teh fucking internet. theres better things to worry about... like real life issues... I dont see spelling being one of them... |

Chipping the ECU, or adding some form of piggy-back FMU system is the only way...I am about 99.9% positive of that.
And it isn't that the spelling of it annoys me, it's trying to read the sentence and put the in place of "teh". |

Auto ecu does away with the rev limiter, good or bad is up to you and how often you spend around 6k....
Find a auto ecu and switch it. be careful, noob drifting with auto ecu not recommended, but We will defenitly buy your parts car {*_*} |
