Power Window Problemo

The other day, I went to roll the window down to drop a quater in the toll receptable when it refused to go down. I pressed the window lock button down then up again but still nothing. When i got home, i pressed the window button and it worked... I was like WTF?.. ever since then, the windows worked fine, until yesterday when i was on my way to HIN and it began to rain and it refused to go up. Neither window operates. I can hear the relays clicking but nothing happens.. Any Ideas????

is it the normal 240 driver side switch malfunction? where if you wiggle the switch and it works? because thats what mine does...

Rey, ive been through this 5 times now.

Its the lil box that the power window switch is plugged into.

If you take it off the door and slide out the board inside you will see that a connector is burnt around the solder point. If you put a dab (very small) back on it it should fix it until the next time it decides to burn out, alot of times if you wiggle it, it will arc enough to make connection and work, (hence the work sometimes and not the other)

Believe me its a pain in the ass, and those lil fuckers are hard to find.

Good luck and I will keep my eye out for one for ya. =)
