KA-T w/ GT28R setup Q

OK I have been working my ass of and having parts coming in like crazy.... On eof the things i have is the GT28r turbo.... Now my Question is where do I plum teh water lines too??? A friend mentioned something about T'ing off teh thermastat housing adn etc. But that doesnt sound right to me????

BTW Im not ready to drop it all in as off yet.... more than likely Im looking more towards the end off summer... For Im still Focusing on the suspention primarily...
