ok will a freaking 2nd gen head fit a on a 1st gen block i need to know and will the 2nd gen head i have is off of a 2.4l 2000 chrysler cirrus please help me i am dying to drive this cars its sweet. the car i have is a 1996 DODGE NEON R/T with a 2.0L dohc. THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO ANYONE that decides to answer i just cant get an answer on this i accedentally posted this in the mitsubishi tech so yeah i think u guys will know the answer to this thank in advance.

yeah it will fit, 2.4 or the 2.0 sohc or dohc it all bolts up the same, my friend swaped his sohc to dohc without changing the tranny, jus have to get the dohc wiring harness and computer, throttle body

but if you are looking for a neon 2.0 head sohc i have one on my other neon with 108k
