What Springs for a '05 Neon? Want a 2"+ Drop

I have a friend that has an '05 Neon.
She bought a set of coil overs because she wants to go lower then 2", But when they got here the coil overs don't fit.
I talked her into going with Springs instead, But can't seem to find a reputable company that offers any more then a 2" drop.
Any Suggestions?
Lead me in the right path?
Names, Prices, Links?

Tein is at the top of her list at the moment, But 1.8F/2.0R is all they have to offer and she's rollin on stock 16" wheels I think.
Wheel Gap Is not wanted on her car!!!

Thanks in advance.

-Jeff

Most springs you'll find will only carry 1.6", 1.8", 2.0" drop. There's a reason for just a 1.8" drop in the front due to most of the weight being in the front of the car. If you want more then a 2.0" drop then you'll need to settle for coilovers.

Other then that the only suggestion would be get some aftermarket rims with a set of springs to close in the gap. Stock rims with no gap is not possible with any of the aftermarket springs offered. Only possible way is cutting the springs (ghetto and stupid move) or coilovers.

Why no gap? I don't see the problem with having just a small amount of gap, when they are too tucked the car does not ride good. Too low is not always good and you are more prone to damaging things such as your oil pan/exhaust piping/etc.

I see you have Sportlines from your Sig.

Any Pics of your car with the springs on?

What Shocks are you running and what is the ride quality like?

Camber Wear?

Thanks for the info!!!!!!

Yeah I would say go with eibach. They are the best springs I have ever used. The ride quality is good with them.
