found 1st gen front lip
eBay Motors: PU 95 96 97 98 99 NEON SP URETHANE FRONT LIP BODY KIT (item 260058160965 end time Dec-04-06 16:27:55 PST)
well i was lookin around ebay and found this 1st gen lip, i think it would look decent painted and if u cut out the middle of the bumper and the lip for a FMIC it would look alot better tho |

ick, too bad modern performance no longer sells theirs... but theres a knock off that someone sells(maybe andysautosport?) not sure who though, I'd look for a used modern performance lip if I were you

the modern performance ones look good...that doesnt look as good...but at least someone is taking interest enough in the neon to make one
