many here can fab up an exhaust myself included, however the cost of the pipe alone will be more then you can buy a really nice tig welded stainless peice.

I would reccomend a "Tsudo" exhaust, they are inexpensive but they are decent knockoffs of expensive exhausts and actually fit and work. you can find them all day on ebay for $150 most of the ebay discount exhausts are built by them.

like this one.

eBay Motors: 01 02 03 DODGE NEON CATBACK N1 MUFFLER EXHAUST SYSTEM (item 160056357303 end time Nov-28-06 16:44:44 PST)

if you get in touch with the right supplier that can hook you up with their Header too once again decent knockoffs I was able to do the whole shebang from the header to the tip for under $300 the time and effort is worth that, it all fit and will last forever since it's stainless.

If you must have a DUAL exhaust. which IMHO Is about as pointless as painting brake drums, since it's one modification that actually makes your car slower then the lesser expensive single varitey, since it's heavier.

Try a SRT-4 owner who upgraded you can buy someones stock setup on the cheap, flow well, fit oem, stainless and have the dual tips you desire. and you can usually get them for less then the scrap cost of the pipe.
