any dyno place, or shop that deals with sport compact type of cars.
i bet 50 percent of tr knows atleast how to partially tune it and probly 25 percent can tune it damn near perfect. without a dyno its just guessing by setting it and driving, changing some settings and driving. its kinda like a cam gear.....without a dyno you will not get it set perfect but you still can get alot out of it. |

heres a how-to for the safc1:
http://www.geocities.com/midwest_nrg/apex/ since you have the safc2, the only real difference in the wiring is that the safc2 has the wiring for the knock sensor.. which is pin 24 at the ecu (black wire with light green stripe - for 97-99 neons, im not sure about 95-96) |

good question, and unfortunately i dont know due to the 03 having a different ecu setup than the 95-02s.
on the other hand, i always fear hearing about srt4 people tuning fuel by an safc, since the safc modifies map voltage based off rpm and not by how much boost. i dunno, it just never sounds like a good idea to me. |
