Tranny and Turbo

i heard mistubishi manufactured the tranny in the 03-04 srt-4 and the 05 is differant... who makes the tranny in the 05 srt-4... also who makes the turbo for the car

mitsubishi made the tranny? thats BS, the tranny is a NV850 NV stands for new venture, which was a joint effort between GM and Chrysler to develop transmissions and started in 1990, so sorry to burst your bubble, but the SRT4 is purely domestic as far as transmission goes,k as for the turbocharger....I'm pretty sure its mitsubishi based, being referred to as a TD04, if I am not mistaken it is a reverse scroll design, like the new EVO has....but the actual manifold/exhaust housing assembly is manufactured by chrysler
