i need to know if all the hardware is all ready in the auto neon so i can do the swap 4 a 5speed

the hardware is all ready? you mean can you swap in a 5 speed, cables, clutch pedal, clutch etc and will it run? yes, though the auto computer will throw a torque converter lockup code, it will still run, but theres a list of crap you need for the swap, probably in that link
