Varies from car to car and dealer to dealer. This is how Chrysler words it.
Mopar Performance parts are sold "as is" unless otherwise noted. This means that parts sold by Mopar Performance carry no warranty whatsoever. Implied warranties, such as warranties of merchantability, are excluded. (An implied warranty of merchantability means that the part is reasonably fit for the general purpose for which is was sold). The entire risk as to quality and performance of such parts is with the buyer. Should such parts prove defective following their purchase, the buyer and not the manufacturer, distributor or retailer, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair. Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep® vehicle and parts warranties are voided if the vehicle or parts are used for competition. The addition of performance parts does not by itself void a vehicle's warranty. However, added performance parts (parts not originally supplied on the vehicle from the factory) are not covered by the vehicle's warranty, and any failure that they may cause is also not covered by the vehicle's warranty. |

The only way to make stage 3 run efectivley is to get the cat delete kit, and when you do that waranty is gone (powertrain). However Dano is correct that it does very from dealership to dealership. He did put it best as he quoted the exact wording verbatem from the SRT4 waranty booklet that you get when you buy the car. Now if you get all mopar, you probably won't get a very hard time if something does break, cause it's mopar. Stage 3 with slicks you should be doing high 11's

just recently bought a stage 2, and was told that the stage 3 voids your warranty. a friend said that he knew someone that put a stage 3 on and said it wasnt worth the 4500 dollars it costs, but if thats what you really want, good luck with it. then again i've heard of stage 2's with slicks and toys runnin 12's. have fun
