neon fan wont shut off
97 neon and the cooling fans keep running I have looked for relays and cant find them. does anyone know what my problem is or know where the relays or temp sensor is any info would help thanks

DATE: Apr. 17, 1998 THIS BULLETIN SUPERSEDES TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN 07-07-97 DATED FEBRUARY 20,1998 WHICH SHOULD BE NOTED IN THE 1997 TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN MANUAL (PUBLICATION NUMBER 81-699-98004). THE REVISION PROVIDES A NEW PART NUMBER FOR THE RADIATOR FAN RELAY. THE CHANGE IS HIGHLIGHTED WITH ASTERISKS. NOTE: THIS BULLETIN APPLIES TO VEHICLES BUILT AT TOLUCA ASSEMBLY PRIOR TO SEPTEMBER 11, 1997 (MDH 0911XX). TOLUCA ASSEMBLY IS DESIGNATED BY A "T" IN THE ELEVENTH POSITION OF THE VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER. SYMPTOM/CONDITION: Vehicle overheats or radiator fan continues to run. DIAGNOSIS: Actuate the radiator fan relay using the DRB III. If the radiator fan does not come on or fan runs continuously, perform the Repair Procedure.
