I have raced a few SRT4s and they seemed pretty cool from the outside...with that bad duel exhaust and stuff...but last night i raced a yellow one and after we pulled over and and i looked at the interior and stuff....man do i LOVE the shift and clutch in that thing...and the seats...i hate the long skiny shoft knob but u can change that...even tho WRXs are better SRT4s dont fall too short

what makes a wrx so much better ? SRT 4's are faster in the 1/4 mile stock! they get a damn front mount, i had to buy one, they get a good boost gauge, again, i bought one, they have more torque, and HP stock and seems like they like mods just the same... be careful how you chat about skittles some of em are likely to mess ya up

I was from a dig..not a long run just like a block or so..nothing to exciting..

 

dont get me wrong, im still highly partial to the scooby

but for the fuckin money, stock for stock, i wont knock the srt-4 the value is definetly there... the front mount bit is what really gets me i hated that damn top mount so i bought a radiator see



the only thing was, that this intercooler was too fuckin expensive, but i really dont see the purpose in having an intercooler mounted on top of the hot ass motor... it makes no damn sense...

plus, the boost gauge you got stock was good, the ones the wrx gets suck, mine broke, so i had to buy yet another... wheels, we get shithole wheels, those TSW or lookalikes are sweet..

and both cars like bolt ons... so the only downfall is traction, and you know what, sometimes burnouts are cool



** oh and for gods sake, why are they all BLUE! i bought it 6/18/01, and i didnt see many around chicago area, NW indiana, where im from... i come to tampa, OMG.... theres a wrx every block, and god damn it, its blue

Fortunately for me, my car is one of the more flawless ones out of the factory. Must be the fact that it was one of the first set. Quite a few guys have had their boost guage go bad, among other small annoyances.
Those wheels are indeed sweet! I just bought two extras to replace 2 curbed ones( had to dodge a fucking bitch in her SUV as she tried to run me over )
Guess what? They are about 17lbs!!!!!!!!!!

If I had 21K right now, I would buy a Blue 04 with LSD!
