high performance engine option from a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500. This is 8.3 liter, or a 505 cubic inch, Viper V-10 engine, that was put in a Ram 1500 from the factory! This engine dropout has a mere 799 miles on it! This engine cranks out 500 horsepower and 525 lbs per foot of torque!!! This engine includes all that you see in the pictures: alternator, starter, A/C compressor, 6-speed manual transmission with a Hurst shifter, the ECU (electronic control unit), throttle cable, throttle body, steering pump, oil pan, motor mounts, and the oil filter *** also has fuse box with wiring harness*** to make is easier to install in a customer application. This engine, transmission and the Hurst shifter are all in very good used condition. This truck was started prior to removing the motor and trnsmission from it, and found to be in great working condition! This engine along with the transmission would make a great project powertrain in many builders, but it will definately fit the
