what would be teh best suspension for my 01 type R teg.. right now i have tokico adjustable struts and neuspeed sport springs..?? what is teh absolute best suspension setup?

best in what respect? what are you looking to do with your car?
just a street car?
plan on auto-x'ing?
plan on taking it to the drag strip?
road course?

As he says, depends. Some adjustable coilovers sell for $1,000's.
