What the F happened?
Fellow Old Schoolers...I have rarely posted/browsed TR in the past few years, but recently I've noticed all the new [garbage] trends going on. Here are a few:
"VIP" - Apparently any luxury marque vehicle classifies as VIP or VIP-able...VIP of course meaning to slam said luxury car on the ground with the minimum of 20" chrome wheels with the maximum amount of negative camber possible. I just saw a thread where one idiot user suggested to another idiot user to buy a Prius and "VIP it out". Excellent.
"Murdered Out" - Okay so having smoked tails or headlights/corners has always been a pretty good touch...but these guys are taking it 17 steps further. Basically it seems that kids are buying up every can of Krylon black in Hillsborough and Pinellas, and proceeding to hose down every inch of their cars with it. Wheels, body, lights, trim pieces, antennas, alternators and god knows what else. I should tell them that spray painted spark plugs and air filters are cool...that would help at least a little.
"Donks" - What part of this abortion makes any sense? Lets buy a large 4 door domestic car with already terrible handling/braking/everything capabilities, lift them and add 24" chrome wheels/tires. First of all the thing looks like a rollerskate. Second, if the idiot behind the wheel has to suddenly stop or swerve to avoid an accident...they are royally fucked. Do these people not understand basic car dynamics? I think not.
That's all I got really...I was just browsing the forums the past few days and picked up on some of this garbage. What do you guys think?

don't get me started...you did forget the rednecks with the lifted trucks. lets buy a 55k truck then spend another 10k to it lift 6-10 inched then complain about drivablity and gas milage! I want to shove my foot up just about every customer i talk to ass.
