The SI hatch does originally come with rear disc brakes, what happened was I use to have a red 96 civic hatch and I traded the car for this one. when he had this hatch he had the 5 lug ITR suspension on it and had sold the SI rear disc brakes a while back, so we traded and he kept his suspension and I kept the suspension I had on the 96 civic, and I just bought integra rear disc brakes this past weekend but haven't had time to throw them on.
