Before you continue to make ridiculous posts JUST to keep raising your post count, do some research. I didn't change any front ends.

At least I'm assuming thats what you're doing since I don't claim my car is a soarer or have soarer emblems on the car for that matter.

So, I considered staying out of it, but I won't.

My assessment of what happen:

FACT: Customer had a promise date for a simple job to be done at Brotherz

FACT: Customer was not clarified that the work would be done by "buba" next door.

FACT: Customer assumed all work would be done in house.

FACT: Customers car is a PITA to drive for someone not familiar with it.

FACT: Brotherz had an accident in Customers car.

Opinion: Because it's a PITA for someone who isn't familiar with the car.

FACT: Brotherz tried hiding said accident from Customer.

OPINION: WTF!!!!! FUCK YOU!

FACT: Customer is FUCKING PISSED that Brotherz attempted to hide said accident.

FACT: Brotherz, under TR pressure not only admitted to said accident, but promises to fix things.

FACT: Brotherz post a picture of a "used" inter cooler which should only be run in boosted civics (of coarse it should never be found on any respectable single cam civic)

Opinion: This picture gives the impression that Brotherz was not going to replace the intercooler? (I know they are going to now, but still am not sure what he pic was for)

FACT: Brotherz wanted to delete this thread.

Opinion (1). They could have stated there intent to make things right, posted a date of completion target. they could have locked the thread, promising an update to it on the targeted completion date.

Opinion: Brotherz did not want the public to know they did not want to replace the intercooler?

FACT: Brotherz maned up, admitted to mishandling the accident.

Opinion: I trusted a shop which I no longer do business with (see sig) The Techs are good people who care about the customers, but the management, in my opinion, is simply shady. I have for example, seen them have a fender bender in a customers car, fix the fender bender and never inform the customer (nice to have a body shop, huh) This is an act of shadiness.

OPINION: Manning up under pressure does not relieve you of this act, but it does give you points assuming the customer is happy in the end.


FACT & Conclusion (1): I too had scheduled my car for work at Brotherz (to be delivered today) I had worked with X and Alpha on the visit. I've decided I will not drop the car off at Brotherz for two reasons:

1.) Because I am currently living in Argentina, I need to feel comfortable with a shop. This includes communication. This thread makes me feel uncomfortable. All previous communication with Brotherz and I was done through Alpha and X.

2.) Tech's are Tech's. Management is Management. Only so much the good will of a Tech can do if management does not back him.

Conclusion (2):
I will be calling around looking for properly managed shops to try and have the work done prior to my arrival. The hard part will be trusting them.

MO NFO: I have nothing against Brotherz. I have never had work done at Brotherz although I did use there dyno.

i bought a block from jamil and i had a friend deliver the payment for me to jamil and to pick up my block from jamil and my block was short on parts so he promissed he would get the parts when i tried to pick up my missing parts he refused me the items, and then told me that he sold the block to my friend and i should collect to him when i know for a fact he never sold him the block it was to me and on top of that he gave away my set of aem cam gears to someone ells and is telling me to get bent for lack of a better word. and my friend use to work there due event of said person and he ended up leaving so there was bad terms between the two and now jamil is pissed at him and he thinks he can do and take what ever he wants from him to screw him but is screwing everyone ells and he doesn't care, he told me he would not do anything about it and i was out of luck and then proceeds to try to get me to build my motor threw them and on top of that throw slander on my friend and his work just because your daddy has money does not give you the right to screw people. life tip for jamil take the tit out of your mouth and be a man and do what you say your going to do and stop hiding behind your daddy's ball sack,this is the kinda of service you get when you go there from my dealing with them!!!!so to cap my rant if you plan on going there i would look for a diffrent place.
