thats not the reason why it should be closed i cant speak for anyone but myself i dont know why you still have not been contacted by him all i know is that the ball has already started rolling to get your car right i will be more than happy to talk to you about what happen on the phone or in person if you want but im not the one who makes the ultimate decision around here. once again nobody is ignoring this everyone should get a chance to learn form there mistakes |

By not contacting me since Friday via 2 phone numbers I gave him and an email address He is ignoring a vital part of this situation. Letting the customer know whats going on is giving the customer piece of mind and mostly respect |

there is one thing to learn from your mistakes but its another thing to argue with the customer when you are trying to learn from your mistakes.... the customer is always right especially when you fucked up and by you arguing with him you are just fucking up your rep even more. you need to swallow your pride and admit you were wrong, you have to admit there are no excuses and stop trying to make rebuttles against him. you shouldn't have tried to sweep this under the carpet but at the same time you are making a spectacle of your business and its not doing you very good...
all in all, pay for 100% of his parts that are of EQUAL or better value/condition and do it quick with no shortchanges..... if you do that then maybe ill consider you one day.... if not then there are a million better shops that are a dime a dozen choose your destiny and fulfill it lawl |

im not gonna read back thru this the thread if he has not admitted that what happen was wrong let me be the first Im not arguing with the customer im saying what happen was wrong and that he has every right to be pissed and want his car to be the exact way if not better than when it came into the shop This is not a rebuttle but it will probably be my last post because everything has been talked about and put out into the air that needs to be out there and then repeated over again Ralph your more than welcome to contact me at the shop and i wil try to update you the best i can on whats going on with your car |

Pleas do not start slaming Bam even if alpha and i are no longer with brotherz racing there are still 2 guys there that actually care Bam and Jamal (VW king) they are busy and i know from 1st hand those 2 will try to get it right but they are only 2 people..
