And this is the appropriate way to go about business? If EVERYTHING is getting replace/repaired. Why even go about it by posting a thread? Ok he did his wrong, and he is going to man up and fix it. I wonder why this thread is still unlocked? Maybe because an ADMIN is taking part of this ARGUEMENT. What a great example a Admin is setting.

Hey Fucktard ! did you even bother to read the thread before leaving this comment ?

The reason this Thread was started was because they damaged the car then lied and tried to hide it. He kept telling me the car would be done the next day and the next and the next. when in reality the car had not even been started.he was trying to buy time to get the bumper fixed like nothing eve happened . If he would have been honest and up front from the moment this happened I wouldn't have to be here warning people to watch out when you leave a car with them.

DID you really miss the part where we tried to get a hold of Him and didnt answer phone not to mention he said he would be there Saturday at 11am and didnt show...of course not like many other on this thread that think its extreme and that im not giving him a chance.

Oh and Im sure you also missed that part where Jamil thought causing cosmetic damage to an intercooler is fine and doesnt deserve replacement.

The irony with Jamil is getting on Kirk for thinking he has something personal against him but little does Jamil know that kirk recommended his shop to me. And kirk being another car owner with a lot of DIY time and money invested in it I took the recommendation.

We will see the conclusion we come to later today.

I did not only read the WHOLE thread. I happened to be at the shop finishing my brothers car. Im not going to jump in on this arguement. Bottom line is, your shits getting fixed. How many times is he going to have to say the same sh!t over and over again?

if its getting fixed or not he wants the assurance from the shop to say look we were wrong and this shouldn't have happened and he would like an explanation of why the calls were not answered or returned. i would have done the same thing. If you want someone to keep coming back after an incident, you fix it right and make sure everything is done correctly before it leaves. When i worked for Kuhn and went to their body shop daily there was a sign on the wall stated " Bring backs cause more time and money"" get it done right the first time".

We are going to have to explain it with crayons and construction paper i guess.

He says he doesn't want to get in this argument yet continues to post and make claims in their behalf.

bamdizzy is an unknown quantity at this point: 118
this whole problem has to do with bad communication.
i actually work at brotherzracing as a tech so i know everything that happen so im not making asumptions.
the costumer did advise me that you do have to rev the car up to get it
in gear, and not that the brakes where not working, but thats besides the point im not trying to justify the shop by making it seem better in our favor.
My thing is that your car is getting fixed with no expense to you. im sorry
for the inconvience of wasting your time while this is being taken care of.
Jamil has stated this over and over. There is no need for this thread to still be open the car is getting fixed the way he wants it with all 5 problems being taken care of like it should be there for this problem is being completely resolved
There is no need for anyone to be calling other people names or talking bad about them thats immature.
it shouldnt matter if other people dont understand what your trying to get across as long as the shop does and they take car of it.

And you don't think this thread should stay open till it is resolved COMPLETELY ?
because as you stated the LACK of communication continues, Jamil has yet to call me and explain what is being done and when I can expect my car to be fixed. It is clear has hasn't learned anything since Saturday and may never learn for that matter. HE has both my cell number and my email address.

I'm glad this thread is here, even if they end up fixing all the shit they broke its still ridiculous that he tried to cover it up. Just one more place in Tampa none of my cars will ever go to, and one more reason to do my own shit.

the thread should stay open to help you guys, not just customers. If you listen to customers opinions or future customers questions or concerns having thread like this will help evaluate what is going wrong with the business. Im sorry to say but ignoring things and not taking some criticism will hurt you more. I have yet to visit your guys shop but i have heard good things and would consider it. I have dealt with numerous shops over the last 5 years that have good reputations and bad reputations and some that have completely disappeared .Its how you over come the obstacles that gave you a bad rep and its sounds like very bad communication here.
