I didn't report the car as stolen so get your story straight. Before I didn't anything I wanted to know my rights and what the steps were.
you fixed the bumper so
you get the fender fixed as well ?
did you order a new silicon hose ?
and new front headlight bracket which is now bent.
are you to replace the intercooler ? with bent fins and bent core/bracket
I didn't spend 2 years and $25,000 building a show car for some shitty shop to damage it and just fix a 1/5 of what was damaged.

I want my car out of there ASAP and you need to fix the rest.

Yes i will fix it for free like i told the customer yesterday in person. I am trying to make right out of this situation by fixing ANY damages that were done to the car.

Every shop has accidents and mishaps that is a part of business. But its how those accidents and mishaps are taking care of shows true customer service and business ethics. I hope this gets taking care for both partys sake

That's good business...I've seen a lot of shops make up stories and not fix shit.

Look man he was already upset in the first place and I didnt want to make a bad situation worse . I honestly didnt want to piss him off anymore and I am truly sorry for the whole incident.

I was talking about the welding man of course yesterday you didnt know about the bumper and why would i not fix the bumper for free? Like i said it was OUR fault and we can take fare of the emblem and everything else ok.

I am still at the shop right now and have been here since 3pm working so I dont understand why you didnt come up here to talk with me in person instead of making this thread . Your car will be fine the IC is not broken it going to still work just the same we will fix EVERYTHING that WE damaged. I hope you dont plan on driving the car because you are going to probably see more bent fins later, like from rocks and lil stuff that hits it since it is a front mount intercooler.

If you would of answered your phone this thread maybe would have never existed. You really cant blame anyone but yourself on this ordeal, not even the person that drove the car since this was an accident. Ignoring customers and putting stuff off is not the way to run a business.

I didnt have bent fins when I took car there and I dont expect to have any now.
what happens to the intercooler later in its life is irrelevant to the damage your shop caused.
