Car was sitting not being touched yesterday :: confused :::

2 sayings that couldn't better describe Owns and Management at this establishment.

As of today the car had not been touched since this incident and no intercooler.
The chipped paint was "repair" by dabbing it with touch-up paint and not the proper way which would have involved sanding and blending in the paint.

The reason I brought up these 2 sayings is because I got to meet the Genius Master Mind behind this Business "MR. J"

After claiming he knew all the details of the damages & incident I had to Point it all out for him. refused to fix the fender correctly. Well with that said things escalated very quickly and Jamil even grew some Balls and also had a few things to say including calling me a bitch for posting this and calling my car a $4,000 piece of shit.

And you know what...weather its a POS or NOT its MY POS. And weather you like it or NOT you have to fix it. I'm sorry I don't intimidate easily, it will take more than a middle aged man and his punk ass son to do so.

"We will fix it our way not your way." this was another classic comment that come out of his mouth. Actually Mr. J, there's only the WRONG way and the CORRECT WAY to fix things. and dabbing touch-up paint on chipped paint is indeed YOUR way but its also the INCORRECT way. So is procrastinating with repairing the rest of the damaged areas while the intercooler gets here.

Several times "mr. J" told me to get the car towed out of the business and that he wasn't going to fix it. But retracted and said it was going to be fixed correctly << So I guess under that attitude and ignorance there is a reasonable business man that will own up to their mistakes.

I can't image Bam and the other individual being so understanding and polite having to work with these 2. Almost 2 weeks have gone by and management has learned absolutely NOTHING.

In 33 years I have learn: Rather than getting mad and either popping someone in the face or damaging property, it is more enjoyable to let Karma take its course.
A business can only run like this for so long...

I would like to retract all my statements trying to defend jamil i have learned quite a bit about this guy and i am with tampasoriginalsoarer all the way let me know if there is anything i can do to help man. i will talk to my lawyer for you as well.

wow, so all that smack about him trying to fix this the right way was just smoke up the ass. Great what a great business to go to. They fuck up your car and now they call you a bitch because you try to tell potential customers not to go there because of the experience you had.
