    Exclamation HI-BOOST's E30 2JZGTE SWAP Project

So sad we don't have a "Project Build" section, maybe now we will.

Purchased the car about a year ago from Pinellas Park. Some of you may know this car.
1986 BMW 325E (car was stock when purchased)
    HP Goal: 600-700 Reliable

My goal is to make it a Street/Track car with a CLEAN swap and make it some what a sleeper.

    Current Mod list:
    -JDM 2jzgte
    -R154 Trans
    -1jzgte Bell Housing
    -1jzgte flywheel w/ ARP studs
    -HPF Feramic 700hp clutch kit
    -r154 fork
    -custom drive shaft
    -Haltech e6k standalone
    -FMIC
    -Tial 50mm Bov
    -Gauges -AEM Wideband, Boost, Oil
    -6k HID's
    -Fuel Cell
    -255LPH in-tank and a 1000hp aeromotive external
    -All new fuel lines
    -FPR
    -MBC
    -Oil Catch Can
    -Eibach lowering springs
-Engine cut off switch (by license plate)

    Future Mods:
    -Roll Cage
    -Bucket Seats w/ harness
    -Suspension
    -Wheels
    -Single T67 Billet
    -Exhaust Mani
    -HKS/Tial Wastegate
    -Tune
    -Lots of boost

    *When I purchased the car*

    *Started to do work*

    *Under the knife*

    Yet to do:
-Install all fuel lines and finish fuel system
    -Install FMIC and do piping
    -Install gauges and electronics
    -Wire the standalone
    -Finish the exhaust
    -Install the radiator
    -Tune the car

Hope everyone enjoy my project, feel free to ask questions.

thanks dude, glad you do. I love the e30 m tech kit.. but I been thinking about leaving the diving boards, maybe tucking them in and getting the chrome out on them while leaving it stock looking. We'll see how money is like once i finish the motor and get it running.

Thanks man, i can't wait my self to get her out of the shop. Its been a good 6months.

I am currently working on my website so everyone can see the whole shabang on one place rather then have tons of threads and info all over. It will be a blog site so people can subscribe, comment and ask questions.

    UPDATE!

Well, alot has happened in the last few days.
I called Haltech today and they said there was nothing wrong with the ECU. The problem is that the pc needs to be loaded in DOS in order to connect with the ECU.

Tony got the FMIC and piping done and put the turbo on. The Radiator, fans and exhaust should be done this upcoming week.

The Bad: The Intake manifold's flange is not straight all the way so he will have to hack this thing and make it work. This is why i love Tony he checks everything before just putting shit on.

    Mods:
    Precision PT66 Turbo
    Cast Single Turbo Manifold
APC Seats (cheap shit but they do the job)
Custom Intake Manifold in which we have to fix
    Rear black vinyl seats

    *will order a wastegate today*
Here are a few teasers. hope you guys like it

    oil return

where the plug is we will have the oil catch can return

the FMIC is nice and hidden i like this

The radiator.. It will sit about half inch from the pulleys

    Intake manifold

    The mounts from the top

    The interior

    Space for the exhuast
