Bike returned, Theif Dead
Ok no i didnt reap my revenge on the bastard and kill him. My 05 r6 was stolen superbowl sunday from a locked shed in my driveway. For a sport bike, i figured it was stripped and gone in no time. Well on 5/30 an investigator called me to let me know they found my bike. The dumbshit who stole my motorcycle named Jack Russell (yes laugh about possible dog jokes) had died on another motorcycle. I dont know if the bike he died on was stolen but he was trying to do wheelies in traffic like a dumbass. His family went to his home to retrieve his stuff and found my bike in a shed in his backyard. Since they could find the title they called the police. I got my bike back in a condition that is in no way salvagable. My advise to you guys, have insurance on your bikes. I am now paying off a 2 year old sport bike with less than 3,000 miles on it that will never be riden again. Shitty situation but i'll deal with it. The only thing that i could possibly do with the parts that i have is sell a pretty damn clean engine and a fram that is still perfect. But just a heads up to you guys.

Sorry about your bike.

anyways, that sucks bro. part everything you can, but keep the motor and build a bad ass shifter kart, or slowy rebuild it since the frame is clean still.F.D.S. inc.

Sorry to hear about your bike. Let us know if you end of parting it. I may be interested in the fuel tank if it's not too trashed.

WOOT for tech support. only bitch about it, i didnt have an alarm system on my shed at the time. 2 weeks ago i had an alarm system installed for free, they hooked up the shed at that time. +1 on karma!!!
Even though you didn't have bike insurance, you may want to check your homeowner's (or renter's) policy. Some companies will cover a motorized vehicle if locked in a covered (insured) dwelling.
Good luck!
