Default anyone see old bmw motorcycles 4 sale?

I just started to look at buying an old touring bike from back when. I've narrowed it down to 1969-1973 bmw r 75/5. I just haven't seen anything within driving distance that's not in Miami or out of state. Does anyone have any ideas where to look?

Try RTM. They have a mechanic up there named Steve. He's the best vintage BMW mechanic in the area. I'm sure he'll know where you can get an old BMW.

I have a 73 BMW R75/5. Farring and soft bags. Inherited from my father has not run for 20 years. Asking 1500.00. I'm located in Illinois. Not running needs restored. Does not have any damage.

At the end of July I'll be in Ohio for the vintage motorcycle days and I always see dozens of old ones. That doesn't help you but i'll be on the lookout for anyone whos located in fl. It is the worlds largest motorcycle swap meet with hundreds of vendors from all over the U.S. Many of the older European bikes can be found up north while everything you see down here is rare up there.
