Just about every manufacturer doesnt make a 750. Up to date, and current production models in Supersport or Superbike, whatever you wanna call it, the only bikes I can think of off the top of my head are the 750 GSXR and the Ducati 748. Now if you wanna talk about Sport Tourers then maybe you'd have a legitimate point in saying almost every manufacture has a 750. But since youre a bike guru and you worked at Froggys you would know that Supersport and Sport Tourers are a night and day difference in the way the motors are set up.

And to the OP, no one was knocking your honesty, if anything thats commended here on TR where people pawn their broke down shit off on others like its brand new, BUT, I was just trying to point out that you could buy a used shift lever for next to nothing and put that on and it wouldnt have seemed as bad as compared to the bolt you have on there.

God im begining to dislike you, 20th aniversery was something "special" as it was a serial built bike... I.E. limited quantity... It came with slotted rotors and a factory tuned pipe etc... But im not going to argue with you on what it came with.

My point is you want to claim how rare 04-05 750's are that this particular one would be gods bike as there were X amount made. Not about your opinion of the paint scheme...

If you want to start a "I know more then you about motorcycles" fight then start a thread and I will put you in your place.

And OP im sorry for going on in your thread. Good luck and bump to you, bike is still clean. The Mudflap still being installed goes to show it hasnt been beaten on.

20th ann is nothing special.... there is no mechanical differences of the non anniversary version of the same yr bike.

God youre a moron! 04 05 is the only year with the 140+ mark. ONLY YEARS!!

So its gained 3 HP since you've posted your for sale thread, because in there you posted it made 143. And just out of curiousity, what kind of dyno did they have at Froggys?

Im honestly not concerned with wether your bike puts down 143 or 225, with 20k miles on your bike and it being an 04, it doesnt matter if Jesus Christ himself rode that thing and christened it as the best bike ever, you wont make more than 4500 off of it.

That brake resovior being broke is just a liability. Its a 20$ part atleast fix that so you dont sell the bike and on their ride home it falls off and no brakes and you have a death on your conscience.

I have multiple sheets that show from 130-148 hp, i posted average. and 20K for an 04 is low.

the bracket breaking is common, my snapped while i was riding from the vibration. and its a lot more than 20$ for that POS bracket. I think i paid 55 dealer cost for mine. and even if that falls off there is plenty of fluid in the brake itself.
